The UI/UX is about as painful to use as I've ever seen for this kind of software, it is convoluted beyond a failed design: I honestly think someone tried to make it tedious on purpose. Well, now with several crashes every day, it has reached new lows. The CUE is so abysmally bad, I didn't think it could get worse. Thank you for making this post, I was about to.
